Everton attacker Iliman Ndiaye was distraught as he was forced off during the first half of the Merseyside derby due to injury.
The 24-year-old hit the deck after being fouled by Dominik Szoboszlai, and after initially attempting to play on, he was forced to call time on his evening.
Ndiaye was clearly devastated at the blow, covering his face with his jersey as he left the pitch while being consoled by teammates Abdoulaye Doucoure and Idrissa Gueye.
The Senegal international has been one of Everton's best players this season, registering eight goals in 27 appearances for the club, including a goal in each of his previous three Premier League games.
